If your photo is too dark you must do this step but this is not   
necessary so..
1:layer > duplicate layer and set it to screen 66%

Now,for better effect is good to add some pink
2:layer > new fill layer > solid color : #CE726F,set it to soft light 32%

Now photo look a little bit more pink. I like adding brown layer,every photo look very fresh with this effect so
3:layer > new fill layer > solid color : #180000,set it on Exclusion 66%

Now you should add some more colours.
4:layer > new adjustment layer > selective color
Reds: -12/17/45/3
Neutrals: 13/0/0/-13

Now is the most important step so don't miss it!
5:layer > new adjustment layer > channel mixer
Blue: 6/-44/150

It's Ready. Remember, you can always play with colouring.
